How It Works

Before the Workshop:
Walk through your home, workplace, or outdoors and photograph 12 things that represent who you are. A garden. A keepsake. Your favorite book. A vista that moves you. Whatever calls to you.

During the Workshop:
Pair up with another participant and share the story behind each image. As you speak about what you chose and why, your partner captures key words and themes on sticky notes—anything that stands out as interesting or remarkable.

After sharing all 12 stories, you'll work together to identify recurring patterns. These themes reveal your motivational drivers: what you believe, value, and are passionate about.

Community unlocks insight. When others witness your stories, hidden patterns emerge that you can't see on your own.

I've been guiding individuals and groups through creative self-discovery for over 8 years. Drawing on decades as a creative director and brand strategist, I've developed this visual, interactive process grounded in storytelling and creative expression.
